Above the Main Reading Room is the breath taking dome of the Library of Congress. The raw file was processed in Digital Photo Professional. The image was edited in PaintShop Pro. A curves layer was used to adjust the exposure. The colour saturation and brightness were adjusted with a hue/saturation/lightness layer.
